This Privacy Policy explains how CyberCradle handles personal data when you visit the public website at cybercradle.com or www.cybercradle.com. It applies only to the public website. Identity and login services at login.cybercradle.com are governed by separate Identity/Login privacy terms.

Scope
This policy covers public landing pages, language selection, links to sign in, legal pages, contact options if available, and basic technical delivery and security of the website. It does not cover account registration, login, password authentication, authenticated platform use, workspaces, applications, artifacts, billing, subscriptions, credits or payments.
Data we may process
When you visit the public website, we may process limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, User-Agent, language preferences, requested URL, date and time of request, security and error logs, approximate region derived from request data, and manually selected language preference. If you contact us, we may process your email address, name if provided, message content, and related communication metadata.
Why we process this data
We process public website data to deliver the website, select the appropriate language version, protect the website against abuse, spam, bots and security threats, diagnose technical issues, respond to messages, and maintain basic records needed for security and legal purposes.
Legal bases
Where GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to operate, secure and improve the public website; consent for optional choices where required; and legal obligation where we must keep or disclose information under applicable law.
Language, cookies and local storage

We use Cloudflare for technical website delivery and protection, including CDN, DNS, TLS, DDoS protection, firewall and related security services. Cloudflare may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps and security event data for these purposes.
Contact and sharing
If you contact us, we use the information only to read, process and respond to your message, and to keep reasonable records. Please do not send sensitive personal data, passwords, secrets, API keys or confidential business information through public contact channels. We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with service providers needed to operate the public website, such as hosting, infrastructure, CDN/security and email/contact processing providers.
Retention
We keep public website technical logs only for as long as reasonably needed for security, diagnostics and operational purposes. Contact messages may be retained for as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records.
Your rights

Children
The public website is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the public website.
