These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the public CyberCradle website at cybercradle.com and www.cybercradle.com. They apply only to the public website. Identity and login services at login.cybercradle.com are governed by separate Identity/Login terms.

Public website scope

The public website provides general information about CyberCradle and may include product descriptions, links to sign in, legal pages, language selection, contact options, and public service notices. The public website does not provide authenticated platform services by itself.

Sign in and sign up

The “Sign in” link may redirect you to https://login.cybercradle.com. The “Sign up” option may be disabled during the initial publication stage. Account creation, login, authentication, sessions and related identity services are not governed by these public website terms.

No billing on the public website

The public website does not currently provide paid subscriptions, billing, credits, payment processing or paid account management. If paid services are introduced later, separate terms will apply and will be made available before purchase or subscription.

Acceptable use

You must not use the public website to attack, overload or disrupt the website; bypass security controls; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; submit spam, malware, phishing content or harmful code; impersonate another person or organization; or use the website in violation of applicable law.

Contact submissions

If contact options are available, you may use them to send reasonable inquiries. You must not submit passwords, API keys, secrets, confidential credentials, sensitive personal data, or unlawful, abusive or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The public website, including its text, design, logos, names, visual style and other materials, is owned by CyberCradle or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view the public website for personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or use the website materials for commercial purposes without permission.

Public information only

The public website may describe planned, target or pre-release functionality. Descriptions on the public website do not guarantee that all features are currently available, production-ready or included in any specific service plan. CyberCradle may change, remove or postpone features as the platform develops.

Third-party services

The public website may rely on third-party infrastructure and security providers, including CDN, DNS, TLS and DDoS protection providers. Links to third-party websites or services may be provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.

Disclaimer and limitation

The public website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We try to keep public information accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that all information is complete, current or suitable for your specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberCradle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the public website.

Changes and governing law
